Steps for Dal Korma recipe :
First of all, we will grind it by adding coconut, chili, garlic, and ginger to the mixer jar.
Then add overnight soaked Gram bean and salt as per taste. And grind it again and take it out in a separate bowl.
Now heat two spoons of oil in the pan and add the paste we made to it. Mix it well with the help of a spatula at low flame.
Keep in mind that you have to stir it by keeping it on a low flame. You have to stir it till it comes in the shape of a dough.
When its color changes slightly, then remove it from the gas and leave it to cool. You have to cool it as hot as you can touch it.
After that, you have to make small balls from the dough by applying oil to your palm.
Now, heat oil in a pan and fry these balls till the color of the balls becomes bold. We do not have to brown the color of the ball, otherwise, the water of the gravy will not be able to absorb while making the gravy.
Now heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, green cardamom, and cumin seeds, and spilled them.
After that, add red chili powder and turmeric powder to it. We have to do all this at low flame.
Adjust the spice level to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of red chili powder used.
Now add poppy seed paste, cashew paste, ginger paste, and green chili paste and mix it well.
After that, add two and a half tsp of beaten curd and mix it on high flame.
After adding a glass of water and salt according to taste, we will put the balls we have prepared when it comes to a boil.
After mixing it well, we will cook it well by closing the pan with the lid till it comes to an adequate consistency.
In the end, we will mix it well by pouring one tsp of ghee on it and putting chopped coriander leaves on it.
So take the tasty and homemade Dal Korma ready. You can enjoy it with chapati or rice at lunch or dinner.
