- Finely chopped Garlic

- Black Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 spoon Vinegar
- 1 tsp Corn flour or All-purpose flour
- Oil
For Crispy Spring Roll Sheets
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
- Water
For Slurry/Paste
- All-purpose flour
- Corn flour
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper powder
- Water
How to make veg spring roll?
Steps for filling out Spring Roll :
First of all, we will cut all the vegetables like onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, and tomato thinly and lengthwise. You can take spring onions if you have them.
Now take a bowl and put the chopped cabbage and carrot in it and add salt. By adding salt, carrots, and cabbages, they will release all their water. This will make our spring rolls very good. We will let it stay for 5 to 7 minutes. After that, wrap them in a thin cloth and squeeze them very hard so that all the water will come out.
Now take a pan and put oil in it. First of all, we will fry finely chopped garlic, green and green chilies. After that, add the onion and capsicum and fry it and add salt according to taste and mix it well.
After that, add the cabbage and carrot, mix well, and let it cook. Now we will add black pepper according to taste, 1 tsp of soya sauce, and 1/2 spoon of vinegar. Will mix it well. When this vegetable is cooked, then we put 1 tsp of corn flour in it. It will happen that the corn flour will absorb the little water that the vegetable releases.
Now our spring roll filling is ready, we will keep it cool down.
Steps for Slurry/Paste :
For this, we will mix a little flour, a little corn flour, salt according to taste, black pepper according to taste, and water according to need in a bowl and mix it well. And will make a good slurry.
This slurry will be useful for closing the spring rolls.
Steps for Spring Roll Sheets :
To make the sheets, we will take filtered 1 cup wheat flour, and 1 cup all-purpose flour and prepare the dough by adding 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil, and water as required. We will roll out very thin chapatis from the dough and roast them.
Final steps of Veg Spring Roll :
For spring rolls, we have to cut all the sheets into a square shape. Now we will put filling in these sheets and apply slurry on the edges of the sheets and make them in the shape of spring rolls.
After that, we will fry all these in oil till they turn golden brown and become crispy.
