- 2 tbsp curd

- 200 grams of grated paneer
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- A pinch of garam masala
- A pinch of turmeric
- A pinch of cumin powder
- Salt to taste
How To Make Paneer Lifafa
In a mixing bowl, combine 250 grams of all-purpose flour, a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, and 2 tbsp curd.
Then gradually add water and knead into a smooth and pliable dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams of grated paneer, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, a pinch of garam masala, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of cumin powder, and salt to taste.
Mix properly and make sure they combine well.
After 20 minutes, divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
Then place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of each circle.
After that, fold the edges of the circle to cover the filling. Seal the edges tightly.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
Then carefully place the lifafa pockets in the hot oil.
