Tips to make the perfect Masala Macaroni
- Cook the macaroni al dente to maintain its texture and prevent it from becoming too soft.
- For the best flavor, use fresh and high-quality spices. Grinding whole spices at home will give a more intense and aromatic taste to the masala.
- The spice level of the masala can be adjusted according to your preference.
- Allow the masala to cook for a few minutes after adding the spices. This will help the flavors to meld together and develop a rich and robust taste.
- If you prefer a creamier masala macaroni, add a tablespoon of fresh cream or yogurt while mixing the masala with the pasta.
- You can try adding a dash of lemon juice or a pinch of Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) for extra flavor.
