  • 1/2 bowl ragi flour/nachni
  • 1/2 bowl water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste


How to make Ragi Roti?

First of all, you have to boil by mixing 1/2 bowl of water, 1 tsp oil, and salt according to taste.

When it boils a little, then you have to switch off the gas and then add 1/2 bowl of ragi flour/nachni and mix it.

Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
