- 4-5 curry leaves

- Lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp jaggery or 2 tbsp honey (optional)
How To Make Amla Juice
Start by cutting each Amla into small pieces and remove the seeds.
In a mixer jar, add Amla pieces, 1/4 cup of mint leaves, a small ginger piece, 4-5 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder.
Blend them thoroughly until they form a smooth consistency.
Then add 2-3 cups of water and blend it again.
Place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the blended Amla mixture into the strainer.
Gently press the pulp in the strainer to extract as much juice as possible.
After That, add lemon juice according to your taste. If you want you can also a sweetener of your choice such as jaggery or honey.
Mix it thoroughly.
