For paste

  • 6-7 Betel leaves
  • 1-1.5 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 4 Ice-cubes
  • 2 tbsp Rose petal jam/Gulkand
  • 1/4 cup Sugar powder

For serving

  • 3 tbsp Betel leaves paste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar powder
  • 3/4 cup of Milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh Cream
  • Sliced Pistachios
  • Saffron strands
  • Dry Rose petals


How to make Paan shot?

For making paste

Firstly, take the 6 to 7 betel/paan leaves and wash them thoroughly. Remove the stems and cut the leaves into small pieces.

Then add the chopped paan leaves, 1-1.5 tbsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and 2 ice cubes into a mixer jar. Grind it.

After that, add 2 tbsp rose petal jam/Gulkand and 2 ice cubes. Grind it again.

Then add 1/4 cup sugar powder and grind it.

Grind the ingredients on high speed until they are well combined and the mixture is smooth and frothy.
