  • 2 Raw Mango
  • Water as Required
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Black Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • Crushed mint leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • Cold Water


How to make Aam Panna?

Firstly, wash the raw mangoes thoroughly and then peel off the skin and cut the pulp into small pieces.

Now put the mango in the cooker and add 1 cup of water to it. You have to boil it for 2 to 3 whistles.

Boil them until they are soft and fully cooked. After boiling, let the mangoes cool down.

Then put it in a mixer jar and grind it properly. Once grounded, take a bowl and strain the mixture through a sieve.

Now put 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

You have to keep stirring it continuously until the sugar dissolves in the water.

After that, put the mango mixture in it and cook while stirring. You have to cook it for 10 to 12 minutes.
