INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 Big glass of Water
  • 4-5 Tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized chopped Carrot
  • Green Coriander stalks
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Coriander Seeds
  • finely chopped Garlic
  • Grated Ginger
  • 1 finely chopped Green Chili
  • Salt to taste
  • Some Black Pepper Powder
  • Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
  • Bread Chunks


How to make a Healthy Tomato soup Recipe?

First of all, take 4-5 chopped tomatoes and 1 medium-sized chopped carrot and coriander stalks.

Now put 1 big glass of water in the pressure cooker and add chopped tomato, carrot, and coriander stalks to it. Add salt to it as per taste.

Now we have to boil them at medium flame. Give it 2-3 whistles, then release its pressure.

Now let it cool down. Then put it in a mixer jar and grind it with the help of a mixer and filter it.

Now take 1 Tsp oil in a pan and heat it on low flame.

Then put 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp dried coriander seeds in it and fry them.

After that, add finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, and 1 finely chopped green chili and cook it.

After all, this is cooked, put some chopped coriander in it and cook it too.

Now put the tomato liquid that we had prepared in it. And mix it well and cook.

Finally, add salt and black pepper powder as per taste. And let it cook properly.
