How To Make Kashmiri Kahwa Tea
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium flame.
Take the amount of all spices according to your taste preference.
In the meantime, crush all the ingredients (spices) one by one using a mortar and pestle.
Then add all crushed spices to the boiling water.
Mix and allow the spices to infuse for about 4 to 5 minutes, letting the water absorb their flavors.
Once the spiced water has simmered, reduce the heat and add sweetener if you want. Mix well.
Let the tea boil for around 2 to 3 minutes.
Then strain the tea into cups or glasses and serve it hot.
