  • 400-500 grams jaggery
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2-3 pieces of sakar/mishri

First of all, wash the amla thoroughly under running water.
