  • 6-7 chopped garlic
  • 2-3 chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala

Firstly, clean and chop the jackfruit into bite-sized pieces.
