For Sugar Syrup
- 300 grams Sugar
- 150 grams of Water
For Barfi
- 400 gram Milk powder
- 250 gram Ghee
- Some Saffron milk
- Some Pistachio

First of all, we will make sugar syrup. For that, we will take 300 grams of sugar and 150 grams of water in a wok. Will boil it completely on high flame. We have to prepare the perfect sugar syrup.
Now we have to take 400 grams of milk powder and 250 grams of ghee on a high-hipped platter and mix it well by hand.
After that, now we will put it in a utensil containing sugar syrup and mix it well on low flame and keep stirring continuously. Keep stirring till a perfect consistency is achieved.
Now we will add some saffron milk to give it a slightly different flavor. If you want, you can add something else according to your taste. Even if you do not add anything, it will taste very good.
We have to keep stirring till it becomes a little dry.
After this is done, take the butter paper in a tray and apply some oil to it. Put some pistachios in it and spread them.
