Ingredients of Manchow soup
- 1 spoon Ghee/Oil
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Mushroom
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Spring Onion
- Water as Required
- 1 Spoon of Red Chili Sauce
- 1/2 Spoon White Vinegar
- 1/2 Spoon Soya Sauce
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 spoon Sugar
- Some Crushed Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Spoon of Corn Flour
- Spring Onion For Garnishing
Step for fried Noodles :
You can take the number of noodles according to yourself.
First, boil the noodles in hot water. After that, take it out of the water and let it dry a little.
Then mix the corn flour in it and fry it in oil on high flame. Noodles take some time to fry. Fry it well.
Put some chat masala on the fried noodles and mix it. So the fried noodles are ready.
How to make Manchow soup?
Now we will make Manchow soup. For this, we will chop the veggies which we are going to use in Manchow soup and keep them aside.
Now take a pan and put it on the gas on medium flame.
Add 1 tsp ghee to it. Then add 1 teaspoon crushed red chili and red chili powder, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, and garlic. Mix it well and let it cook.
