INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
- Colorful Tutti-Frutti
- Blackberries
- Raisins
- Orange Candy
- Cherries
- Walnut
For Sugar Syrup :
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Hot Water
- Some Jaggery/cocoa
For Cake :
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Spoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Pinch of Nutmeg powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar powder
- 2 Cup All Purpose flour/Maida
- 2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp Baking soda
- 2 Tsp Vinegar
- Orange Peel (optional)
- Some White Chocolate
- Some Milk
For Garnishing :
- Gems Chocolate
- Pistachio
- Cashew Nuts
- Almonds
- Black Raisins/Blackberries
- Strawberry
How to make an easy Christmas Cake recipe?
In a big bowl, Add 1/2 cup of apple juice by filtering it.
Then add some blueberries, red cherries, orange candy, colorful tutti-frutti, raisins, and finely chopped walnuts in it. Cover it and soak it for an hour.
For Sugar Syrup, keep the pan on the flame, add 1/2 cup sugar to it, and cook it till the sugar gets melted.
Then add some 1/2 cup hot water, 2 pieces of jaggery and stir it continuously and mix it well.
So see our sugar syrup is made properly. Then take it out in a bowl and keep it for an hour.
We have used jaggery because even if you do not have cocoa powder, you can make it yourself. If you have cocoa powder then, use it only.
Now take a bowl to make the cake.
Put 1 cup milk and 1/3 cup oil in the bowl and mix both of them well. Then add 1/2 spoon cinnamon powder and 1 pinch nutmeg powder and mix it.
After that, add 1/2 cup sugar powder and 2 cups all-purpose flour and mix it properly.
Then add the sugar syrup we had prepared for it and mix it. After mixing it well, add 2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix it.
You have to maintain the consistency of this cake mixture.
Now add all the dry fruits, chocolate, cherries, and tutti-frutti that we had soaked in apple juice and mix it.
Now at last you put 2 tsp vinegar and some orange peel in it and mix it well.
It is not necessary to put orange peel if you have then put it.
Our cake mixture is ready to make a cake.
Keep the pan for pre-heating and grease the cake mold with oil, ghee, or butter & dust some All-purpose flour in it.
Now transfer the cake mixture to the cake tin and tap it 3-4 times. Keep it in the preheated pan. Bake the Cake for 40-45 minutes on a slow flame.
Then check the cake & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down. Take it out & de-mold it.
Now we will melt white chocolate to garnish the cake.
For this, put water in a utensil and put it on the gas to heat it and put another utensil on top of it in which we will melt the chocolate.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put it in and melt the chocolate by adding 2 spoons of milk.
Use melted white chocolate, strawberries, walnuts, black raisins/blackberries, pistachios, and almonds to garnish the cake.
In this way, the Christmas special spongy & soft cake will get ready easily at home.
