  • 2-3 Bael/Wood Apple
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 3-4 Pieces of Ice Cubes
  • Water as required
  • Mint Leaves


How to make Bel ka Sharbat?

Firstly, break the Bael/Wood Apple with the help of a rolling pin and scoop out the pulp.

After that, put the pulp in a bowl and add some water to it. Then whisk it properly with a whisker.

After whisking well, you have to cover the bowl and keep it for about 1 hour.

Then you have to mash the pulp with your finger and separate all the seeds from the pulp.

Then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds or pulp fibers.

Now pour the pulp liquid into a mixer jar. In that, you add 2 to 3 Tbsp Sugar, 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder, 3-4 Pieces of Ice Cubes, and water as required.
