Firstly, soak the 10-12 cashew nuts, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, and 1 tbsp white melon seeds in warm water for about 30 minutes.

Drain and transfer them to a blender. Add the water as required and blend until you have a smooth and creamy paste. Set aside.

Now, heat 4-5 tbsp of oil in a pan or kadai over low heat. Add the 1 cup cashew nuts and fry until they turn golden brown. Take them out and keep them aside.
