Churma Ladoo Recipe Step by Step
Start by combining the 2 cups whole wheat flour with 3 tbsp ghee in a mixing bowl.
Then gradually add water and knead the mixture into a firm and smooth dough.
After that, divide the dough into small-sized portions and shape them.
Now, heat ghee in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Then gently slide the small-sized portions into the hot ghee and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Remove and allow them to cool for a while.
Once cooled, crush them into fine crumbs using your hands or a food processor. The texture should be similar to breadcrumbs.

Then add 2 tbsp semolina and mix well.
Then add chopped cashews and almonds and cook them for 1-2 minutes.
Then add this mixture and 1 tsp cardamom powder to the Churma crumbs. Mix everything together thoroughly.
Now, heat 1 cup of ghee in a large pan over medium flame.
After that, pour in 3/4 cup of jaggery and mix well.
