Sometimes we do not like eating normal Khajur. That’s why if we make sweets of Khajur, they become delicious and it is enjoyable to eat. That’s why we will give you a detailed Khajur pak recipe step by step.

We have not used sugar or jaggery in this recipe of Khajur Pak that we have brought for you. We have made this Khajur Pak in a slightly different way. We have used dry fruits in this. Due to this, this Khajur pak will be more delicious to eat and, due to dry fruits, it will also be more healthy.

So let’s find out how to make the Khajur pak recipe step by step.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 300 grams Khajur/Dates
  • 200 grams Fig/Anjeer
  • Melon Seeds
  • Chopped Cashew Nuts/Kaju
  • Chopped Almonds
  • 2-3 spoons of Ghee
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Pistachios for garnishing

Khajur Pak recipe step by step :

First of all, we will take 300 grams of Khajur/Dates. We will clean it with a wet cloth and after that, you have to remove its seed. Then cut the Khajur/Dates into small pieces.

Now we will take 200 grams Fig/Anjeer. We have to soak Fig/Anjeer for a while and only then use it. Due to this, the dust present in Fig/Anjeer gets removed. We will also cut Fig/Anjeer into small pieces with the help of a knife.

Now we will take a pan and put 1 spoon of ghee and some melon seeds in it. We have to roast melon seeds till they turn golden brown.

Now take chopped cashew nuts and chopped almonds in a pan, add 1 spoon of ghee, and roast them.

Now take 1 tbsp ghee into the pan and put the chopped Khajur/Dates and Fig/Anjeer in it. We will mix it well and cook it.

Now we have to mash it well with the help of a masher. So that it will be ground and mixed well. We will keep on cooking it and keep on mixing and mashing it.

Due to the use of a masher, they will mix well with each other.

We will add 1 spoon more ghee at the end and cook it well.

After that, we will add roasted melon seeds, cashew nuts/kaju, and almonds to it and mix it well.

In this, we will put a little cardamom powder which will enhance its taste even more. Then mix it well.

Now we will take a tray. Apply ghee on its inner side. Then we will put the mixture of dates in it and spread it well.

If you want, you can also garnish it with pistachios. Due to this, the Khajur pak will look even better and you will feel like eating it as soon as you see it.

  • Take 1 tbsp ghee in the pan and put chopped Khajur/Dates and Fig/Anjeer in it. We will mix it well and cook it. And then mash it well with the help of a masher. So that it will be ground and mixed well. We will keep on cooking it and keep on mixing and mashing it.
