How to make Sabudana Vada?
Firstly, put 1 cup Sabudana into the pan and roast them dry for 4 to 5 minutes on a low flame. After roasting, let it cool down completely.
Then put the sabudana in a mixer jar and grind it.
Now, in another mixer jar, add 2 chopped potatoes, 2-3 green chilies, and water according to requirement and grind them properly to make a paste.
Now put the Sabudana Powder in this mixer jar and grind it again. Due to this, it will be grounded properly and it will also mix well.
Take out this mixture in a bowl and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes to rest.
Then add coriander leaves, crushed black pepper powder, and rock salt according to your taste.
