- 4 Bread slices
- 1/2 cup mozzrella cheese
- 3-4 chopped spicy green chili
- 2-3 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 4 tsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup boiled corn
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Chili flakes
- Butter
How to make Garlic Bread at Home?
In a mixing bowl, combine the 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/4 cup boiled corn, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1 tsp finely chopped spicy green chili, 2 tsp finely chopped garlic1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp chili flakes and 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and keep them aside.
Now, take the bread and spread a generous amount of the butter on one side of each bread slice.
After that put one tsp mayonnaise on each bread and spread it well.
On two breads, spread 1 tsp chopped spicy green chili and 1 tsp finely chopped garlic. Spread 2-3 tbsp of mozzarella cheese on it. In the last, sprinkle Italian seasoning, Chili flakes, and coriander leaves on top of it.
Put the prepared mixture on the remaining two slices of bread and spread mozzarella cheese on it. And in the last sprinkle Italian seasoning and chili flakes on top of it.
Now, preheat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. then put butter in it.
Then place the bread slices and allow it to toast for about 2-3 minutes or until it turns golden brown and crispy.
Keep an eye on the bread to prevent burning.
After that, cover the pan with a lid for a minute or two to melt the cheese.
Once the garlic bread is toasted to perfection and the cheese is melted, remove the slices from the pan.
