One of the simplest and tastiest cakes that only requires 4 ingredients is this Biscuit Cake recipe. Even without an oven, you can make this cake. All you need to make this lovely Biscuit Cake are biscuits or cookies, milk, Baking Soda, and Chocolate Sauce.
We will prepare this cake with some leftover biscuits that we always have. For the cake, I combined a biscuit, toast, and cookies. The biscuits’ sugar content will be adequate. You may add additional powdered sugar for sweetness if you just use Marie or any other type of digestive biscuit. After adding milk to create a batter with a thick pouring consistency, add some rising agents, such as Eno, baking soda, or baking powder. Bake the cake in the cooker and the Biscuit Cake will be ready.

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups Biscuits and Toast powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Chocolate Sauce
How to make Biscuit Cake?
First of all, take the biscuits, cookies, and toast that you have. You can use any of these to make a biscuit cake. But definitely use biscuits.
Then cut them all into small pieces and grind them to make powder. You have to prepare 2 cups of powder.
After that, add 1 cup of milk to the powder. Then grind it again. This will combine the powder and milk properly.
Now take out the cake batter in a big bowl.
Then put 1/2 tsp baking soda in it and mix it.
The Cake batter is ready.
Now take some small steel bowls and grease them with oil.
Then fill the steel bowls with this cake batter.
Keep the pressure cooker on the flame for preheating it on a high flame.
Then put the steel bowls in the cooker and cover them. Bake the cupcakes in it on a slow flame for 25-30 mins.
Check with a toothpick once the cooking time has finished.
The cake should be removed and given time to cool completely.
After the cake has cooled, clean up the edges with a knife and place it on a serving dish.
The cake can optionally be garnished with some chocolate sauce.

- Make use of your preferred sweet crackers, cookies, or biscuits.
- Depending on your preferences and the sweetness of the cookies or biscuits, add more sugar to the batter as needed.
