- 1 cup Macaroni
- 4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Oil
- Corn flour as required
- All-purpose flour as required
- Red Chili Powder
- Chilli flakes
- Chaat masala
- Mint leaves powder
- Black salt
- Mango powder
Steps for Crispy Macaroni :
First of all, take about 4 cups of water into the wok and heat it on the gas. In that, we will put some oil and 1/2 tsp salt and put 1 cup of macaroni in it. We will cover it with a lid. We will cook the macaroni for 7 to 8 minutes. We have to cook it to about 80%.
After that, we will take out all the water and put the macaroni in a separate bowl. We will pour ice water on the macaroni so that it will become completely cold. Then all the water will be removed.
Now we will put corn flour as required and all-purpose flour as required in it and mix it well. With the help of this flour, we have to cover the macaroni. This flour will also absorb all the water from the macaroni. And this will make our macaroni crispy.
After that, place the coated macaroni in the sieve to allow the extra flour to separate.
Now we will fry this macaroni in oil on medium flame. We will fry the macaroni till it becomes crispy.
Immediately after frying, add red chili powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, mint leaves powder, black salt, and mango powder and mix it well. You can change the spices according to your own.
The crispy macaroni is ready. You can eat this crispy macaroni at tea time, as a snack or while watching a movie. If you want, you can also store it for a few days.
