  • 2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2-3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Water as required

Start by heating oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste. Saute it.
