This Besan ladoo recipe uses a simple technique to make it. Typically, the roasting technique is the most crucial step in preparing a delicious laddu.

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 bowl/125 gram Ghee
- 2 bowls/250 gram Besan/Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 bowl/125-150 grams of Sugar powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Dry Fruits
How to make Besan Ladoo?
In a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai, melt 1/2 bowl of ghee at a low temperature. Gram/Besan flour should be added when the ghee begins to melt.
First, you have to add half a bowl of ghee. Then keep adding as much ghee as you need.
While continuously stirring, roast it over a low flame until it gets golden brown. You will notice a pleasant smell from it after it has been properly roasted.
When the flour is roasted well, then add 1 tbsp of water to it and mix it properly and cook it.
You have to maintain the consistency of the Besan flour mixture.
After that, transfer the Besan mixture to a large plate and let it cool down. It will take some time to cool down.
Then add 1 bowl/125-150 gram sugar powder and 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder and mix it properly.
Mix until the sugar and Besan mixture are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Put a teaspoon of ghee on your palms. Pinch off a bit of the Besan mixture the size of a lime and shape it into a ball. Similarly, make all of the ladoo from the Besan flour mixture.
Sliced dry fruits like almonds, cashew, and pistachios are used to garnish each besan ladoo.
