About Pakora recipe :

These Pakora recipes are very different. In this, we have taken different types of chili and added many different ingredients to it, because it has a different taste. If you make it once, you will keep making it again and again.

So let us share with you our recipe for Cheese Chilli pakora.

Ingredients :

For Batter :

  • 4 Spoon Gram Flour
  • 4 Spoon All purpose Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

For Filling :

  • 1/2 Bowl Pizza Cheese
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli flakes and Oregano
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil for frying


Steps for Cheese Chilli Pakora :

First of all, we had to have bread crumbs to make Pakora crispy. For this, we will grind the bread by putting it in the mixer. And our breadcrumbs will become.

Now we will make filling materials for Pakora. For this, we will prepare 1/2 bowl of pizza cheese, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt as per taste, chili flakes, and oregano by mixing. The filling material is ready.

For Pakoda, take big chilies of the jalapeno variety and slit them like this, keeping them joined on the other side in a center and remove the seeds from the chilies, then fill the stuffing in it.

Now we will make batter for Pakora.

For this, we will mix 4 spoons of gram flour, 4 spoons of All-purpose flour, salt to taste, and water as required in a bowl and mix it well. After that, add 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and water if needed, and mix it well again.

Keep in mind that the consistency of the batter has to be maintained.

Now we will keep this chili in batter and coat it with bread crumbs. After that, we will fry it in oil on medium flame. Deep fry the stuffed chili until they get golden brown from all sides.

Likewise, fry all the stuffed chili till it turns golden brown.

So our very different crispy and delicious Cheese Chilli Pakoras are ready. You can eat it with tomato catch-up or green chutney. You can also enjoy these pakoras with tea.

Tips & Tricks :

Instead of the jalapeno variety, you can also use banana peppers, California Chili, or any other similar variety are the perfect pick for this pakora recipe.

You can also use paneer instead of cheese in the filling. You can also use potato and onion in the filling.

We used chili flakes and Oregano in the stuffing. If you want to make it in a simple way, then you can make it by adding simple spices instead of them.

you can make the batter in advance and refrigerate it for up to 2-3 days.
