1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) 2 medium-sized potatoes, diced 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, crushed 2-3 green chilies, chopped 1 tbsp ghee or oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Lemon juice (optional)

Step 1:

Soak sabudana in water for 4-6 hours, then drain and spread on a towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 2:

Dry roast peanuts, then crush them.

Heat ghee or oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chilies, and ginger. Cook them.

Add diced potatoes, cook until golden.

Lower heat, add sabudana, turmeric, and salt. Cook until translucent.

Mix in crushed peanuts, cook for a few minutes. Optionally, add lemon juice.
