Step 1

Rinse lentils and chop mixed vegetables. In a pressure cooker, combine lentils, vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt.

Pressure cook the mixture until lentils and vegetables are soft and tender (about 3-4 whistles).

Step 3

In a separate pan, heat oil. Add Hyderabadi spice blend and chopped onions. Cook until onions are golden brown.
