1 cup macaroni 2 cups water 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Oil for frying Lemon wedges (for serving)
