1 cup macaroni 2 cups water 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp rice flour 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Oil for frying Lemon wedges (for serving)

Step 1

Cook the macaroni in boiling water until soft, then drain and set aside to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine corn flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.

Toss the cooked macaroni in the coating mixture until each piece is evenly coated.

In a frying pan, heat the oil over a medium flame. Add the coated macaroni to the hot oil in batches, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
